Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Javier Vilató achieved an unexpectedly high price at Artcurial in April 2014. In the Modern Art auction, the work Nature Morte Aux Fruits - 1984 sold for EUR 5,200.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 2,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Javier Vilató; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Paysage sold at auction in February 2013 with the realized price of USD 11,875.00 (€ 9,079.44).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Javier Vilató erzielte im April 2014 bei Artcurial einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Nature Morte Aux Fruits - 1984 für EUR 5.200,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 2.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Javier Vilató; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Paysage im Februar 2013 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 11.875,00 (€ 9.079,44).
