Admittedly, works by Jan Josef Horemans the Younger have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Cauliflower, onions, peaches, cherries, artichokes, roses in a glass vase, a jug, a basket with carrots, cabbages and eggs with a blue cloth on a table in April 2003 with an auction result of GBP 29,875.00 (€ 38,925.08).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von USD 6.300,00 (€ 5.618,98) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 26%. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Jan Josef Horemans the Younger auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Cauliflower, onions, peaches, cherries, artichokes, roses in a glass vase, a jug, a basket with carrots, cabbages and eggs with a blue cloth on a table im April 2003 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 29.875,00 (€ 38.925,08).
