Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Polish xyz (Three Panels) by Jakub Ciezki was auctioned at Sothebys in London in December 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 3,250.00 (€ 4,413.34) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Jakub Ciezki have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November 2014 the work Polish Grid was auctioned for GBP 6,250.00 (€ 7,857.98).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Polish xyz (Three Panels) von Jakub Ciezki kam im Dezember 2015 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 3.250,00 (€ 4.413,34) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Andere Arbeiten von Jakub Ciezki konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November 2014 die Arbeit Polish Grid für GBP 6.250,00 (€ 7.857,98) versteigert.
