Auction result well in line with expectations
In February 2013 Sothebys in New York held the auction Important Old Master Paintings and Sculpture, which included the work Landscape With Exotic Birds And Two Dogs by Jakob Bogdány. The price achieved of USD 80,500.00 (€ 61,549.05) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 70,000.00 – 90,000.00. Admittedly, works by Jakob Bogdány have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work An Assembly Of Birds In A Parkland Landscape, Including A Blue Peacock, A Pair Of Domestic Crested Ducks, A Barbary Coast Duck, A Red Crested Cockatoo, A Yellow-Headed Amazonian Parrot, A Great Curassow, A White Muscovy Duck, An Australian King Parrot, Gu in May 2021 with an auction result of USD 580,800.00 (€ 476,2

Im Februar 2013 führte Sothebys in New York die Auktion Important Old Master Paintings and Sculpture durch, in der auch die Arbeit Landscape With Exotic Birds And Two Dogs von Jakob Bogdány zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 80.500,00 (€ 61.549,05) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 70.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben worden.
