Auction result misses estimated price range
In June this year a collector was able to acquire the work Walking figures by Jais Nielsen for DKK 45,000.00 (€ 6,041.21). This price was achieved in the auction Modern paintings, sculptures and prints at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 50,000.00 – 60,000.00 set by the auction house. Other works by Jais Nielsen have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October 2012 by the work Liggende Model at GBP 8,125.00 (€ 10,102.01).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Walking figures von Jais Nielsen für DKK 45.000,00 (€ 6.041,21) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern paintings, sculptures and prints bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 50.000,00 – 60.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Jais Nielsen wurden auch schon teurer gehandelt; den höchsten Preis, den wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachten konnten, erzielte im Oktober 2012 die Arbeit Liggende Model mit GBP 8.125,00 (€ 10.102,01).
