Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Bois du Feu by Jacques Lacomblez was sold in the Contemporary Art & Belgian Art Online auction at Bonhams in Brussels in October this year. The price achieved of EUR 512.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 400.00 – 600.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jacques Lacomblez - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Différences: La peri, which sold at auction in October this year for EUR 1,280.00.

Die Arbeit Bois du Feu von Jacques Lacomblez wurde im Oktober diesen Jahres in der Auktion Contemporary Art & Belgian Art Online bei Bonhams in Brüssel versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 512,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 400,00 – 600,00 angegeben worden. Für andere Arbeiten von Jacques Lacomblez mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Différences: La peri beobachtet, die im Oktober diesen Jahres für EUR 1.280,00 versteigert wurde.
