In April 2017 Artcurial held the auction Post-War & Contemporary Art, which included the work Sans Titre - 1959-60 by Jacques Germain. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 11,700.00 46% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Jacques Germain - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Rue En Marche, which sold at auction in March 2011 for USD 53,125.00 (€ 37,456.81).

Im April 2017 führte Artcurial die Auktion Post-War & Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Sans Titre - 1959-60 von Jacques Germain zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 11.700,00 und damit 46% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Jacques Germain mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Rue En Marche beobachtet, die im März 2011 für USD 53.125,00 (€ 37.456,81) versteigert wurde.
