Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Portrait Of Doctor Meuriot'S Children (After The Bath) by Jacques-Émile Blanche for EUR 23,750.00. This price was achieved in the auction Paintings Drawings Sculptures 1300-1900 at Sothebys in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 25,000.00 – 30,000.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacques-Émile Blanche achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Vaslav Nijinsky In 'Danse Siamoise' in October last year with an auction result of USD 2,700,000.00 (€ 2,717,938.39).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2019 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Portrait Of Doctor Meuriot'S Children (After The Bath) von Jacques-Émile Blanche für EUR 23.750,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings Drawings Sculptures 1300-1900 bei Sothebys in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 25.000,00 – 30.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jacques-Émile Blanche erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Vaslav Nijinsky In 'Danse Siamoise' im Oktober letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 2.700.000,00 (€ 2.717.938,39).
