Auction result misses estimated price range
In October this year a collector was able to acquire the work Le dormeur du Val, 8 by Jacques Courtejoie for EUR 76.80. This price was achieved in the auction The Stoclet Collections at Bonhams in Paris and was even below the estimate range of EUR 300.00 – 500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacques Courtejoie achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sans Titre – 2005 in June 2015 with an auction result of EUR 1,300.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Le dormeur du Val, 8 von Jacques Courtejoie für EUR 76,80 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion The Stoclet Collections bei Bonhams in Paris erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 300,00 – 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jacques Courtejoie erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sans Titre – 2005 im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 1.300,00.
