Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 3.840,00 (€ 5.650,82) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 28%. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Jacques-Antoine Vallin erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Love Guiding Two Lovers To The Temple Of Hymen im Januar 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 102.000,00 (€ 78.473,61).
