Auction result well in line with expectations
The work A sheet of figure studies: A man and woman dancing, two elegant ladies, and two men carrying baskets on their shoulders by Jacopo Zucchi was auctioned at Christies in London in July 2013. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 7,000.00 – 10,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,570.06) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Jacopo Zucchi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Portrait Of A Young Lady In An Embroidered Dress And Pearls, Three-Quarter Length, Her Hand Resting On A Small Book On A Table in February 2018 with an auction result of USD 567,000.00 (€ 464,335.44).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit A sheet of figure studies: A man and woman dancing, two elegant ladies, and two men carrying baskets on their shoulders von Jacopo Zucchi kam im Juli 2013 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Portrait Of A Young Lady In An Embroidered Dress And Pearls, Three-Quarter Length, Her Hand Resting On A Small Book On A Table im Februar 2018 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 567.000,00 (€ 464.335,44).
