The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 625.00 (€ 768.15) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, St Mary-Le-Strand, London; And Eros, Piccadilly Circus is the most expensive artwork by J. Tim MacDonald that we have observed at auctions so far.
