Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Last Rays Of Sunlight by Ivan Fedorovich Choultsé was auctioned at Sothebys in London in November 2019. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 21,250.00 (€ 24,952.70) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Ivan Fedorovich Choultsé achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Soir à Capri (Italie). in September 2015 with an auction result of CHF 336,500.00 (€ 308,463.36).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Last Rays Of Sunlight von Ivan Fedorovich Choultsé kam im November 2019 bei Sothebys in London zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von GBP 20.000,00 – 30.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von GBP 21.250,00 (€ 24.952,70) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Ivan Fedorovich Choultsé erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Soir à Capri (Italie). im September 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 336.500,00 (€ 308.463,36).
