It achieved a price of GBP 93,750.00 (€ 103,249.38), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 56%. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Ivan Fedorovich Choultsé - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Soir à Capri (Italie)., which sold at auction in September 2015 for CHF 336,500.00 (€ 308,463.36).
