However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Itō Takashi - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Two Woodblock Prints, which sold at auction in September this year for USD 3,520.00 (€ 3,325.77).

Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von GBP 1.000,00 (€ 1.169,16) und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 67%. Für andere Arbeiten von Itō Takashi mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Two Woodblock Prints beobachtet, die im September diesen Jahres für USD 3.520,00 (€ 3.325,77) versteigert wurde.
