A top price for Isha Mahammad - as previously expected
The work The Golden shadow by Isha Mahammad was sold in the Modern and Contemporary South Asian Art Online auction at Bonhams in London in July last year. The price achieved of GBP 535.50 (€ 639.48) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Golden shadow is the most expensive artwork by Isha Mahammad that we have observed at auctions so far.
