Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Portrait Maria Theresa Of Savoy, Comtesse D’Artois (1756-1805), Circa 1778 by Ignazio Pio Vittoriano Campana was sold in the Old Master Paintings and Portrait Miniatures auction at Sothebys in London in April last year. The price achieved of GBP 5,040 (€ 5,797) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been given by the auction house as GBP 4,000 - 6,000.
