Auction result misses estimated price range
In March this year a collector was able to acquire the work Church interior of the cathedral in Monreale, Sicily by I. T. Hansen for DKK 12,500.00 (€ 1,677.47). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even below the estimate range of DKK 15,000.00 – 20,000.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by I. T. Hansen - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Scala Contarini del Bovolo, which sold at auction in June this year for DKK 45,000.00 (€ 6,041.21).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im März diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Church interior of the cathedral in Monreale, Sicily von I. T. Hansen für DKK 12.500,00 (€ 1.677,47) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Paintings, furniture and varia bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 15.000,00 – 20.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von I. T. Hansen mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Scala Contarini del Bovolo beobachtet, die im Juni diesen Jahres für DKK 45.000,00 (€ 6.041,21) versteigert wurde.
