A top price for Hussein Salim
This artwork by Hussein Salim achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in February last year. In the Middle Eastern Art Online Sale auction, the work My Jungle I sold for GBP 3,825.00 (€ 4,573.03) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 2,000.00. This high result makes My Jungle I the most expensive artwork by Hussein Salim that we have observed at auctions so far.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Hussein Salim erzielte im Februar letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Middle Eastern Art Online Sale wurde die Arbeit My Jungle I für GBP 3.825,00 (€ 4.573,03) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 2.000,00.
