In the An American Dynasty: The Clark Family Treasures auction, the work Portrait of a Maiko, seated with water and mountains beyond sold for USD 6,250.00 (€ 4,565.38) - well above the upper estimate of USD 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Huguette Clark - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Scene from My Window- After the Snow Storm, which sold at auction in June 2014 for USD 23,750.00 (€ 17,348.43).
