The work "Seascape In Moonlight". by Hugo Simberg was sold in the International Spring Sale, Helsinki F159 auction at Bukowski in Helsinki in May 2011. It changed hands for a price of EUR 66,000.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, "Seascape In Moonlight". is the most expensive artwork by Hugo Simberg that we have observed at auctions so far.
