Auction result well in line with expectations
In May last year Christies in Hong Kong held the auction Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings, which included the work Autumn in Yangtze Gorge by Ho Fung-Lin. It changed hands for a price of HKD 88,200.00 (€ 10,471.23) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 70,000.00 – 90,000.00. Other works by Ho Fung-Lin have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2021 the work Autumn Scenery Of River Min was auctioned for HKD 100,000.00 (€ 10,570.77).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai letzten Jahres führte Christies in Hong Kong die Auktion Fine Chinese Modern and Contemporary Ink Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Autumn in Yangtze Gorge von Ho Fung-Lin zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 88.200,00 (€ 10.471,23) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 70.000,00 – 90.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Ho Fung-Lin konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2021 die Arbeit Autumn Scenery Of River Min für HKD 100.000,00 (€ 10.570,77) versteigert.
