Auction result misses estimated price range
In May 2013 a collector was able to acquire the work Boat Race by Herry Perry for GBP 875.00 (€ 1,023.01). This price was achieved in the auction Vintage Posters at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Herry Perry - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Australia M.C.C. At Lords, which sold at auction in October 2012 for GBP 3,250.00 (€ 4,040.80).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Mai 2013 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Boat Race von Herry Perry für GBP 875,00 (€ 1.023,01) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Vintage Posters bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Herry Perry mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Australia M.C.C. At Lords beobachtet, die im Oktober 2012 für GBP 3.250,00 (€ 4.040,80) versteigert wurde.
