The work The dead line by Hernan Bas was sold in the 20th Century & Contemporary Art Evening Sale auction at Phillips in Hong Kong in October this year. The price achieved of HKD 6,350,000.00 (€ 767,912.57) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 5,000,000.00 – 7,000,000.00. Other works by Hernan Bas have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in November last year the work The Bats and the Barn Bridge was auctioned for HKD 11,250,000.00 (€ 1,396,033.13).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 6.350.000,00 (€ 767.912,57) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 5.000.000,00 – 7.000.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Hernan Bas konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im November letzten Jahres die Arbeit The Bats and the Barn Bridge für HKD 11.250.000,00 (€ 1.396.033,13) versteigert.
