Auction result well in line with expectations
In November 2012 Christies in London held the auction Christie's Interiors, which included the work Trees in the garden at South Godstone by Henryk Gotlib. The price achieved of GBP 1,875.00 (€ 2,309.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,500.00. Other works by Henryk Gotlib have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in July 2007 the work Picniking beside Maidenhead Bridge was auctioned for GBP 2,040.00 (€ 3,029.87).

Im November 2012 führte Christies in London die Auktion Christie's Interiors durch, in der auch die Arbeit Trees in the garden at South Godstone von Henryk Gotlib zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.875,00 (€ 2.309,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.500,00 – 2.500,00 angegeben worden.
