In the Christie's Interiors auction, the work On The Ouse, Hemingford Grey sold for GBP 4,750.00 (€ 5,122.16) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 2,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Henry John Yeend King achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Haymaking in June 2000 with an auction result of GBP 47,000.00 (€ 74,500.79).
