The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 15,000.00 – 25,000.00, the actual price achieved of USD 16,250.00 (€ 13,614.28) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Sunset, Gowanus Bay, New York is the most expensive artwork by Henry Farrer that we have observed at auctions so far.
