In December 2005 Christies in London held the auction JOHN FRANKS COLL. OF ORIGINAL WATERCOLOURS FOR VANITY FAIR, which included the work The Right Honourable James Bryce, M.P. Professor, Lawyer and Politician by Henry Charles Seppings Wright. The price achieved of GBP 3,120.00 (€ 4,528.51) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,500.00 – 3,500.00.
