A top price for Henry Pegram - as previously expected
The work A large octagonal bronze relief of Perseus and Andromeda, 1906/7 by Henry Pegram was auctioned at Bonhams in London in December 2021. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of GBP 8,000.00 – 12,000.00, the actual price achieved of GBP 8,925.00 (€ 10,645.65) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, A large octagonal bronze relief of Perseus and Andromeda, 1906/7 is the most expensive artwork by Henry Pegram that we have observed at auctions so far.
