Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Henrik Schouboe could be acquired at Christies in London in June 2002 for an unexpectedly low price. In the British and Continental Pictures auction, the work A girl sewing by a window changed hands for GBP 330.18 (€ 510.71) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 400.00 – 600.00. Other works by Henrik Schouboe have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in October 2012 by the work Spielende Mädchen im Garten at EUR 645.00.
