Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Pemandangan Indah (A Beautiful Landscape) by Hendra Gunawan was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2021. The price achieved of HKD 625,000.00 (€ 66,067.33) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 500,000.00 – 700,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hendra Gunawan achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ali Sadikin Pada Masa Perang Kemerdekaan (Ali Sadikin During The Independence Struggle) in April 2016 with an auction result of HKD 33,240,000.00 (€ 3,744,983.83).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Pemandangan Indah (A Beautiful Landscape) von Hendra Gunawan kam im Mai 2021 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 625.000,00 (€ 66.067,33) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 500.000,00 – 700.000,00 angegeben worden. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hendra Gunawan erzielen.
