Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2006 a collector was able to acquire the work Twigs by Helene Appel for GBP 180.00 (€ 267.31). This price was achieved in the auction British, Continental and Russian Pictures at Christies in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 300.00 – 500.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Helene Appel achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Netz in June 2016 with an auction result of EUR 11,875.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2006 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit Twigs von Helene Appel für GBP 180,00 (€ 267,31) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion British, Continental and Russian Pictures bei Christies in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 300,00 – 500,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Helene Appel erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Netz im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 11.875,00.
