A top price for He Yi - as previously expected
The work Brewing Tea by He Yi was auctioned at Christies in Hong Kong in May 2016. It changed hands for a price of HKD 187,500.00 (€ 21,671.53) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of HKD 150,000.00 – 200,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Brewing Tea is the most expensive artwork by He Yi that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Brewing Tea von He Yi kam im Mai 2016 bei Christies in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von HKD 187.500,00 (€ 21.671,53) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von HKD 150.000,00 – 200.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Brewing Tea das teuerste Kunstwerk von He Yi, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
