A top price for Wenjue He
This artwork by Wenjue He achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Hong Kong in October 2008. In the Sport in Art Auction auction, the work Water sold for HKD 350,000.00 (€ 35,601.64) - well above the upper estimate of HKD 200,000.00. This high result makes Water the most expensive artwork by Wenjue He that we have observed at auctions so far.
