In the American Art auction, the work Gloucester, Massachusetts sold for USD 20,000.00 (€ 16,233.77) - well above the upper estimate of USD 10,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hayley Lever have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Nocturne, Marblehead, Massachusetts in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 150,000.00 (€ 142,018.56).
