The »bidding war« ended at EUR 960.00 20% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Harrie Kuyten achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work View Of The Thorbeckeplein Amsterdam in September 2007 with an auction result of EUR 31,450.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Street scene in Paris von Harrie Kuyten wurde im Januar 2006 in der Auktion Pictures, Watercolours and Drawings bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 960,00 und damit 20% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Harrie Kuyten erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit View Of The Thorbeckeplein Amsterdam im September 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 31.450,00.
