The price achieved of GBP 26,290.00 (€ 39,127.39) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 20,000.00 – 30,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, The Vale of Leutha is the most expensive artwork by Harold Speed that we have observed at auctions so far.
