Auction result well in line with expectations
In December 2014 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master & British Paintings Day Sale, which included the work Still Life With Cherries, Lemons, Fraises-De-Bois, Oranges And Two Fine Wine Glasses, All Upon A Marble Table Partly Draped With A Silk Cloth by Harmen Loeding. The price achieved of GBP 13,750.00 (€ 17,700.81) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 12,000.00 – 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Harmen Loeding have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Still Life Of Oysters And A Fish, A Peeled Lemon, Cherries, A Façon De Venise Glass And A Mounted Faience Jug On A Partially-Draped Table; Still Life Of A Melon, Grapes, Peaches And A Glass Roemer On A Partially-Draped Table in December 2016 with an auction result of GBP 137,500.00 (€ 160,759.81).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Dezember 2014 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Master & British Paintings Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still Life With Cherries, Lemons, Fraises-De-Bois, Oranges And Two Fine Wine Glasses, All Upon A Marble Table Partly Draped With A Silk Cloth von Harmen Loeding zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 13.750,00 (€ 17.700,81) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 12.000,00 – 18.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Harmen Loeding auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Still Life Of Oysters And A Fish, A Peeled Lemon, Cherries, A Façon De Venise Glass And A Mounted Faience Jug On A Partially-Draped Table; Still Life Of A Melon, Grapes, Peaches And A Glass Roemer On A Partially-Draped Table im Dezember 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 137.500,00
