Despite a disappointment, a good price for Harley Brown
In February 2019 a collector was able to acquire the work Indian Portrait (Old Moccasin Crow) by Harley Brown for USD 750.00 (€ 659.11). This price was achieved in the auction The L.D. "Brink" Brinkman Collection Online at Bonhams in Los Angeles and was even below the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 4,000.00 set by the auction house. Despite this disappointing result, Indian Portrait (Old Moccasin Crow) is the most expensive artwork by Harley Brown that we have observed at auction so far.
