In July this year Bruun Rasmussen held the auction Modern art and design, which included the work “Stribet optrin”, 1989 by Hans Tyrrestrup. The auction ended at the price of DKK 4,000.00 (€ 536.48), which exactly corresponded to the upper end of the estimated price range of DKK 3,000.00 – 4,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hans Tyrrestrup have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work without title in February this year with an auction result of DKK 16,000.00 (€ 2,149.03).
Zuschlag beim oberen Schätzpreis
Im Juli diesen Jahres führte Bruun Rasmussen die Auktion Modern art and design durch, in der auch die Arbeit “Stribet optrin”, 1989 von Hans Tyrrestrup zur Versteigerung kam. Das dabei erzielte Ergebnis von DKK 4.000,00 (€ 536,48) entsprach exakt dem oberen Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 3.000,00 – 4.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hans Tyrrestrup auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit ohne Titel im Februar diesen Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 16.000,00 (€ 2.149,03).
