A top price for Hans Hassenteufel - as previously expected
In October 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction British & Continental Paintings, which included the work Oriental Nude by Hans Hassenteufel. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,750.00 (€ 11,129.51) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Oriental Nude is the most expensive artwork by Hans Hassenteufel that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Oktober 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion British & Continental Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Oriental Nude von Hans Hassenteufel zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.750,00 (€ 11.129,51) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Oriental Nude das teuerste Kunstwerk von Hans Hassenteufel, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
