Auction result misses estimated price range
In October 2011 a collector was able to acquire the work The Saas Hunting Lodge In Liechtenstein by Hans Gantner for GBP 563.00 (€ 651.57). This price was achieved in the auction Old Master and British Paintings at Sothebys in London and was even below the estimate range of GBP 600.00 – 800.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Hans Gantner - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Augustenberg From The Malbuntal Valley, which sold at auction in October 2011 for GBP 1,500.00 (€ 1,735.96).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Oktober 2011 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit The Saas Hunting Lodge In Liechtenstein von Hans Gantner für GBP 563,00 (€ 651,57) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Old Master and British Paintings bei Sothebys in London erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 600,00 – 800,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Hans Gantner mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Augustenberg From The Malbuntal Valley beobachtet, die im Oktober 2011 für GBP 1.500,00 (€ 1.735,96) versteigert wurde.
