Auction result fails to reach estimate
In September this year a collector was able to acquire the work “Møllebakken paa Lyø” by Hans Eriksen for DKK 1,500.00 (€ 201.11). This price was achieved in the auction Modern art and design at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 3,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Admittedly, works by Hans Eriksen have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work View over the red roof tops, 1968 in January 2024 with an auction result of DKK 1,600.00 (€ 1,398.36).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt den Schätzpreis
Im September diesen Jahres konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit “Møllebakken paa Lyø” von Hans Eriksen für DKK 1.500,00 (€ 201,11) erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Modern art and design bei Bruun Rasmussen erzielt und lag noch unterhalb des vom Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreises von DKK 3.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hans Eriksen auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit View over the red roof tops, 1968 im Januar 2024 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von DKK 1.600,00 (€ 1.398,36).
