Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2011 Sothebys in London held the auction Old Master and British Paintings, which included the work Portrait Of Wolff Fuerleger, Three-Quarter Length by Hans Brosamer. It changed hands for a price of GBP 7,500.00 (€ 8,679.82) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 6,000.00 – 8,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Hans Brosamer - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Portrait of Jochum Wirman, half-length, in black robes and a brown cloak, wearing a hat, which sold at auction in July 2016 for GBP 23,750.00 (€ 28,220.14).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2011 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion Old Master and British Paintings durch, in der auch die Arbeit Portrait Of Wolff Fuerleger, Three-Quarter Length von Hans Brosamer zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von GBP 7.500,00 (€ 8.679,82) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 6.000,00 – 8.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Hans Brosamer mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Portrait of Jochum Wirman, half-length, in black robes and a brown cloak, wearing a hat beobachtet, die im Juli 2016 für GBP 23.750,00 (€ 28.220,14) versteigert wurde.
