This artwork by Hans Broek achieved an unexpectedly high price at Christies in Amsterdam in March 2013. In the Nineteen to Now auction, the work Urban Drift sold for EUR 5,625.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 3,000.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Hans Broek; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Ventura sold at auction in April 2011 with the realized price of EUR 7,750.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Hans Broek erzielte im März 2013 bei Christies in Amsterdam einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Nineteen to Now wurde die Arbeit Urban Drift für EUR 5.625,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 3.000,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Hans Broek; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Ventura im April 2011 mit dem Hammerpreis von EUR 7.750,00.
