Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by Hakim Ghazali was sold in the International Modern & Contemporary Art, Including Masterpieces from The Collection of Dr. Mohammed Said Farsi auction at Christies in Dubai in April 2010. The price achieved of USD 12,500.00 (€ 9,397.08) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as USD 10,000.00 – 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Hakim Ghazali have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Allah in April 2008 with an auction result of USD 73,000.00 (€ 46,891.06).

Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von Hakim Ghazali wurde im April 2010 in der Auktion International Modern & Contemporary Art, Including Masterpieces from The Collection of Dr. Mohammed Said Farsi bei Christies in Dubai versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von USD 12.500,00 (€ 9.397,08) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit USD 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben worden. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hakim Ghazali auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Allah im April 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 73.000,00 (€ 46.891,06).
