In the 19th Century European Art including The Orientalist Sale auction, the work Hungarian At The Bazaar sold for USD 16,250.00 (€ 10,438.08) - well above the upper estimate of USD 9,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gyula Tornai achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Travelling Musicians, Tangier in December 2014 with an auction result of GBP 170,500.00 (€ 219,490.04).

In der Auktion 19th Century European Art including The Orientalist Sale wurde die Arbeit Hungarian At The Bazaar für USD 16.250,00 (€ 10.438,08) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 9.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gyula Tornai erzielen.
