Auction result fails to reach estimate
In October this year a collector was able to acquire the work Coastal scenery with fishing boats at Løkken beach by Gunnar Bundgaard for DKK 1,700.00 (€ 227.78). This price was achieved in the auction Paintings, furniture and varia at Bruun Rasmussen and was even lower than the DKK 3,000.00 estimate set by the auction house. Other works by Gunnar Bundgaard have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in September this year by the work Coastal scenery from Løkken at DKK 2,200.00 (€ 294.95).
