Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2007 Christies in Madrid held the auction The Spanish Sale, The Westin Palace Hotel, Madrid, which included the work Mi hermano y yo en una azotea by Guillermo Pérez Villalta. The price achieved of EUR 72,250.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 60,000.00 – 90,000.00. Other works by Guillermo Pérez Villalta have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in October 2008 the work La Sombra Dibujada was auctioned for EUR 73,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2007 führte Christies in Madrid die Auktion The Spanish Sale, The Westin Palace Hotel, Madrid durch, in der auch die Arbeit Mi hermano y yo en una azotea von Guillermo Pérez Villalta zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 72.250,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 60.000,00 – 90.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Guillermo Pérez Villalta konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Oktober 2008 die Arbeit La Sombra Dibujada für EUR 73.000,00 versteigert.
