Artwork auctioned at four times the upper estimate price
The work Pines by Guan Xining was worth HKD 21,600.00 (€ 2,612.11) to a buyer in October this year. This price was achieved in the auction Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy at China Guardian and exceeded the previously set upper estimate of HKD 5,000.00 many times over. Admittedly, works by Guan Xining have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Landscape in November 2021 with an auction result of HKD 132,000.00 (€ 14,677.06).

Die Arbeit Pines von Guan Xining war einem Käufer im Oktober diesen Jahres HKD 21.600,00 (€ 2.612,11) wert. Dieser Preise wurde in der Auktion Fine Chinese Paintings and Calligraphy bei China Guardian erzielt und übertraf den zuvor angesetzten oberen Schätzpreis von HKD 5.000,00 um ein Vielfaches. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Guan Xining auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Landscape im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von HKD 132.000,00 (€ 14.677,06).
